The Okanagan Valley & Rocky Mountains Tour Minimize
Start & Finish: Vancouver
Duration: 10-20 days
Distance: 1800 km

Located in southern British Columbia, the Okanagan Valley is one of the warmest regions in all of Canada.  During the summer months, visitors are offered countless sandy beaches, hot sun, and a variety of outdoor and water activities. Okanagan Lake provides the valley not only with excellent swimming, but is also a spectacular backdrop to the golf courses and wineries located in the rolling hills of the valley. The Okanagan is considered a premiere wine valley and a tour of the local wineries is a must for anyone visiting the region.

The Kootenay Rockies, British Columbia’s unique, mountain oriented vacation region, is situated in the southeastern corner of the province. The region includes five different, spectacular mountain ranges, including the Canadian Rockies, which create breathtaking mountain- and river valleys, each with their own character and each offering an incredible variety of unequalled recreational and getaway opportunities. Visitors to the Kootenay Rockies region will truly experience the mountains of Canada – not just view the peaks from a distance. Vacations include clean, natural, un-crowded outdoor activities and experiences that reflect the lifestyle, the culture and the community of Canada’s West. Come discover why we are known as ‘British Columbia’s Mountain Playground’.
